Athlete Management (Upload Roster)
- Settings -> Athlete Management.
- Click the Upload CSV File button and search for your CSV file on your computer. An "Upload Successful" message will appear when you choose the CSV file.
- If you are importing the Birthdate field, please make sure it is formatted as YYYY-MM-DD.
- By default, the system matches athletes using Athlete ID. If you do not have Athlete/Student IDs in your CSV file, match athletes using First and Last Name.
- All of the columns/fields in the CSV need to match a field in the Inventory System. Use the dropdown next to each field, if blank, to match the fields. If the uploaded CSV does not have a matching field, please remove that column from the CSV and upload it again.
- Once all fields are matched, click the Match Athletes button.

- If these are all new athletes, confirm that they are all marked New Athlete. If you are updating your athletes, the Update Athlete boxes will be checked. You can also manually match athletes if they don't automatically match.
- Click Add & Update Athletes button. You will receive a "Roster Uploaded Successfully" message if it was successful.
