Add New Athletes from another system
- Settings -> Athlete Management. Make sure the Action Needed field is set to Add New Athletes.
- Choose Another System CSV from the Import From drop-down.
- If you are importing the Birthdate field, please make sure it is formatted as YYYY-MM-DD.
- Click on the Upload CSV File button and search for your CSV on your computer. An "Upload Successful" message will appear when you choose the CSV file.
- All of the columns/fields in the CSV need to match a field in the Essentials column. Use the "edit" button next to each field, if a change is needed. If the uploaded CSV does not have a matching Essentials field, please remove that column from the CSV and import it again.
- Once all of the fields are matched, click the Process File button.
A success message will appear if the CSV loads correctly. You will then find all the athletes on the Athlete screen. If the import is not successful, an error file will appear at the bottom of the screen.
