Adding Identified Equipment Models

For any equipment added to the system using heat press barcode labels (ex. uniforms) or another unique identifier, Identified Equipment Models need to be added to your system.

How to add Identified Equipment Models:

On the Identified Equipment screen, click the Define Models button.
Click the Add button.
Enter an Equipment Type, Manufacturer, and Model Name*. (The Mfg. Year Start and Mfg. Year End fields are optional.)
Click the Save or Save & New button to save your Identified Equipment Model. This model will then be used to add identified equipment to your inventory.

*The Model Name is defined by you. Best practice would be to add the sport (FB, GBB, VB), then the level (V, JV, FR if needed, and the item description (Jersey, Home Jersey, Tank). Examples: BSOC JV Home Jersey or GGOLF FR Polo.

Another option to add Identified Equipment Models:

On the Identified Equipment screen, if you notice you have not defined a Model for the item you are adding to your inventory, you can do it from this window. Click the Add button to add a new item to your inventory.
Click the "+" button next to the Equipment Model field
Enter the Equipment Type, Manufacturer, and Model Name. (The Mfg. Year Start and Mfg. Year End fields are optional.)
Click the Save or Save & New button to save your Identified Equipment Model. This model will then be used to add identified equipment to your inventory.
