Add/Update Teams

The Teams screen allows you to add multiple teams to your organization. Multiple athletes can be added to each team from this screen or added individually on the Athletes screen.

All that is required to create a Team is a Name. Optional fields are Coach, Division, and Club. If you would like to add a Coach (See Add/Update Coaches, if your drop-down is empty.)

Add Teams

  1. Go to Settings and choose Teams.
  2. Click the Add Team button.

  1. Enter a Team name. The Coach, Division, and Club fields are optional.

If you would like to add a Coach (See Add/Update Coaches, if your drop-down is empty.)

  1. Highlight an athlete's name and click the single arrow to move the athlete to the Team Roster. You can scroll or use the Looking for function to find an athlete from the list that is not in view.
  2. Click Save to add the Team to your system.

Update Teams

  1. Click the Update Team button.

The Team Name, Coach, Division, Club, and Team Roster can be added or updated, at this time.

  1. If you would like to remove the entire team, change the Status to Inactive. If there was a Team Roster associated with the team, the athletes would no longer be on this team and this team would not be available on the other screens.
  2. Click Save to update your system.
