EquipmentOPS Mobile App
The EOPS mobile app lets you scan barcodes with your phone's camera to look up and check in identified equipment, and check out both identified and general equipment.

Basic Overview
- Go back to the previous screen
- Exit the app
- Clear the input field
- Dropdown list
- Add to list
- Opens the phone camera to scan barcodes
- The scanning window to place the barcode in
Lookup
Select the Equipment ID box and manually type or scan the barcode number. If the equipment's ID is found, it will display on the screen the athlete's name, equipment's model name, color, and size. You can then scan additional barcode tags or click the Clear button to clear the screen.
Check-in
Select the Equipment ID box and manually type or scan the barcode number. If the equipment's ID is found, it will display on the screen the athlete's name, equipment's model name, color, and size. You can then scan additional barcode tags or choose to complete the check-in.
NOTE: If you are unable to use the camera, the barcode number can be manually typed into the Equipment ID field.
NOTE: To remove an item off the list, select the red circle icon.
Click the Check-in button to return the equipment listed on the screen.
Verify you are sure you want to complete the check-in of this equipment by clicking Yes.
Checkout
Select the Athlete box and begin typing the athlete's name or jersey number. Select the athlete from the list that appears.
The default is set to checkout General equipment, but you can toggle to Identified if needed.
Select the Equipment box to choose the equipment type you would like to check out. Once selected, this will populate the list of Equipment Models you can check out.
Select the Equipment Model then the blue + icon to add it to the checkout list.
Repeat the above steps to add as many items as needed to the athlete's checkout list.
Click the Checkout button when finished.
Verify you are sure you want to complete the checkout of this equipment to the selected athlete by clicking Yes.
