Report Notes with Samples
Report Notes are used in the Athletes -> Batch Email and Issued Equipment Report functions. They are the information you want to send to athletes about the organization's equipment.
Report Note Samples
How to add Report Notes
- Go to Settings -> Report Notes
- Click the Add button
- Enter a Report Name
- Enter a Report Note
- Click Save or Save & New if you want to add an additional Report Note.
The Report Note samples below show the Report Name in bold and the Report Note in italics.
Equipment Issued - List
This email contains a list of all the equipment assigned to you at the beginning of the season and any additional equipment issued during the season.
Note: Financial responsibility to replace any equipment damaged or not returned at the end of the season is the responsibility of the player and their guardian(s).

Equipment Return - Reminder
Please return all of the listed items on equipment check-in day. Make sure all items are washed and clean. Any items not returned will be placed as a fine on your school account. Any items returned after check-in day that require an extra trip to the laundromat and restocking will result in a $25 fee. Please be courteous to our staff and return all items on time!

Missing Equipment - Items Still Owed by Athlete
It is your responsibility to return ALL issued football equipment. The listed items should have been returned on the specified return date(s).
This report lists all items still owed by you and are considered checked out to you. Please return the items listed so that you will not be charged accordingly for their replacement.
NOTE: Each Player and their guardians will be held financially responsible for any/all equipment not returned to school. Failure to return equipment entirely will result in a financial penalty and delay in receiving grades, transcripts, etc.
Please contact Coach HT to make arrangements to return your equipment.

Missing Equipment - Itemized Invoice
This will serve as your itemized invoice for all lost/missing equipment. As you have not returned the listed football equipment issued to you, it is therefore deemed as LOST/MISSING and cannot be returned.
Each Player and their guardian(s) are financially responsible for any/all lost/missing football equipment not returned to school. Failure to return any issued football equipment will result in a financial charge and/or delay in receiving grades, transcripts, etc.
Payment of lost/missing equipment should be made payable to - Our School - and payment should be given to Coach HT.
