Adding General Equipment Models

General Equipment is defined as any equipment you would like to track by quantity. Before you can add General Equipment to your inventory, you need to create General Equipment Models.

How to add General Equipment Models:

1. On the General Equipment screen, click the Define Models button.
2. Click the Add button.
3. Enter the Equipment Type, Manufacturer, and Model Name*.
4. Click the Save or Save & New button to save your General Equipment Model. This model will then be used to add general equipment to your inventory.

Another option to add General Equipment Models:

1. On the General Equipment screen, if you notice you have not defined a Model for the item you are adding to your inventory, you can do it from this window. Click the Add button to add a new item to your inventory.
2. Click the "+" button next to the Equipment Model field
3. Enter the Equipment Type, Manufacturer, and Model Name.
4. Click the Save or Save & New button to save your General Equipment Model. This model will then be used to add general equipment to your inventory.
