Adjust Quantity

The Adjust Quantity function is used when you want to change the quantity of your General Equipment inventory for a reason other than checking out equipment to an athlete.

1. On the General Equipment screen, highlight the inventory record of the quantity you want to adjust.
2. Click the Adjust Quantity button.
3. In the Quantity +/- field, enter a nonnegative number if increasing the quantity (ex. 3). Enter a negative number if decreasing the quantity. (ex. -3).
4. Choose a Reason Code from the dropdown list of Adjust Quantity Reasons.
5. Click Save. The inventory record's Available Quantity will be adjusted.

Adjust Quantity Reason

All quantity adjustments made to your General Equipment inventory need a reason.

1. Go to Settings -> Adjust Quantity Reason.
2. Click the Add button.
3. Type in a reason you would like to adjust inventory quantities. (Ex. Removed due to age)
4. Click Save or Save & New to add additional reasons at this time.
