Groups

This functionality allows you to create a grouping and associate multiple athletes in this group. This group can be used in your custom search and results on the Athletes screen.

Examples: Traveling Team, Swing Player, etc.

How to add Groups

1. Go to Settings -> Groups.
2. Click the Add button.
3. Type in a Group Name. Adding a Note is optional, but not common.
4. Click Save or Save & New to add additional groups at this time.

How to remove Groups

1. On the Group screen, search for the Group you want to remove.
2. Highlight the Group record.
3. Click the Update button. (or double-click)
4. Change the Status field from Active to Inactive.
5. Click the Save button.
