Add/Update Inventory Locations

If you have equipment stored in multiple locations, you can use the Inventory Location field (optional) to indicate where each item is being stored.

Add Inventory Locations

  1. Go to the Settings -> Inventory Locations screen.
  2. Click Add Location.
  3. Enter the Location where you store equipment.
  4. (Optional)
    • Location Description - Additional information to describe the location.
    • Helmet, Shoulder Pad, Identified Equipment, and General Equipment. This determines which screens this location is available for.
  5. Click Save or Save & New to add additional Inventory Locations at this time.


Update Inventory Locations

Click Search to show all of your inventory locations, highlight the record you want to update and click the Update button (you can also double click the record). Update the fields needed and click Save.
