Change Equipment Type

1. On the General Equipment or Identified Equipment screen, click on the Define Models button at the bottom.
2. Search the existing models and highlight the model you want to change.
3. Click the Change Equipment Type button.
4. Select the New Type from the dropdown list.
5. Click Save.

After a few seconds, you will receive a success message. This takes a few seconds because we go through the system and update the equipment type everywhere that model is used.

If you search again on the Define Models screen, the Equipment Type has changed.
