Reset Barcode Scanner Settings
Wireless Bluetooth Mode
The barcode scanner was shipped to you, configured to operate in Bluetooth mode on a PC.
Please plug it in for a few hours to charge the battery before using it in Bluetooth mode.
If you are using a Mac OS device, go to Configure for Mac OS.
- Go to your device's Bluetooth settings to pair the barcode scanner to your device.
- Look for BCST-73-####-###
Use the QR codes below ONLY if Wireless Bluetooth Mode was removed.
Wired USB Mode
If you have connected the barcode scanner with your computer via the USB cable, the barcode scanner will prioritize using the USB data transmission mode.

Reset Barcode Scanner Settings
If your barcode scanner is not working correctly with the Helmet Tracker system, you can reset it by powering on the scanner and scanning the QR codes below in order. Once complete, your scanner will be ready to use again.
Configure for Mac OS
The default compatible system is Windows. Use the QR codes below to set the operating system to Mac OS or return it to Windows.
- Scan the Enter Setup QR code.
- Scan the mode you are switching to.
- Scan the Exit and Save QR code.
(Note: You may need to cover the QR codes you are not currently scanning.)
