Identified Model Images
Using the mobile app, images can be added to the system for each Identified Equipment Model. These images are printed on 3 standard reports: (1) Model Images with Size counts, (2) Model Images with Sizes and Uniform Numbers, and (3) Model Images with Sizes, Uniform Numbers, and space for notes.

NOTE: At this time, all images must be added using the mobile app.
- Tap the Model Image button.
There are two ways to identify the model you would like to add images to.
- Tap the barcode icon. This opens your camera to scan a barcode label of the model you want to photograph. Or use the drop-downs to select the Equipment Type and Model Name.
- Tap the camera icon. Use your camera or Photo Library to capture up to 2 images per model.
- Click Save. These images are now viewable on the Identified Equipment -> Define Models screen.
View Images
- On the Identified Equipment screen, click the Define Models button.
If you do not see a column header labeled: Images, please use the Customize button to add Images to your Search Criteria Grid. This column header will allow you to see which models have images and how many.
- Highlight a model with an image.
- Click the Images button. This opens a pop-up to view the images of the selected model.
Print reports with images
- On the Identified Equipment screen, click the Define Models button.
If you do not see a column header labeled: Images, please use the Customize button to add Images to your Search Criteria Grid. This column header will allow you to see which models have images and how many.
- Highlight a model with an image.
- Click the Report button.
- Type in a Report Heading to be printed at the top of your report. Ex. Boys' BB Varsity Uniforms
- Choose a Report Type.
- Click Print to see the PDF report open in another tab.
