How to remove (inactivate) an athlete

We do not "delete" people or equipment in our application.  We "inactivate" them, so any history tied to the record is always available.

  1. Go to the Athletes screen and search for the athlete you want to inactivate. Highlight the athlete's record.
  2. Click Update.
  3. On the Athlete Info tab change their Status from Active to Inactive.  
  4. Click Save.

Use the same process to change an inactive athlete back to active if needed.


If you need to find an inactivated athlete, simply change the Status on the Search Criteria field to include In-Active Athletes.
