Add/Update General Equipment
Add General Equipment
General Equipment is defined as any equipment you would like to track by quantity.
Before you add items to the General Equipment inventory, you need to create General Equipment Models.
- Go to Inventory -> General Equipment
- Click the Add button
- Choose the required fields: Equipment Type, Equipment Model, Size, and Added Qty. Optional fields are Color, Color Code, Cost, Qty Minimum, and Team.
The Need Returned field defaults to "Yes". This means you want the item back from the athlete. If it is an item you are going to check out and do not need the athlete to return, change Need Returned = No.
- Click Save or Save & New.
If you are entering the same general equipment with different sizes, the Save & New button will keep all of the information on the screen and you can change only the size field.

Update General Equipment
Click Search to show all of your general equipment, highlight the record you want to update and click the Update button (you can also double click the record). Update the fields needed and click Save.
