Batch Changes

The ability to update one or more fields to the same value on one or more records.

Batch Changes functionality is available on the Helmets, Shoulder Pads, Identified Equipment, General Equipment, and Athletes screens.

General Equipment & Athlete Batch Changes

1. Highlight one or more records on the grid. (See Highlighting Multiple Records)
2. Click the Batch Changes button.
3. Select a field from the Change Fields dropdown which you would like to update.
4. Select a value (or type, if a text field) to update the selected records.
5. Click Update. This will update the information of the selected records on the grid. If you would like to change another field for the same records, repeat steps 3-5.
6. Click Save when you are finished making your changes. This will save your changes in the system. If you made a mistake, you can click Cancel without updating the records.

Helmet, Shoulder Pad, and Identified Equipment Batch Changes

If batch changing by highlighting records on the grid, follow the instructions here.

If you would like to scan items onto the Batch Change screen, follow the instructions below.

1. Click the Batch Changes button.
2. Scan the equipment tags of the items you would like to batch change.
3. Select a field from the Change Fields dropdown which you would like to update.
4. Select a value (or type, if a text field) to update the selected records.
5. Click Update. This will update the information of the selected records on the grid. If you would like to change another field for the same records, repeat steps 3-5.
6. Click Save when you are finished making your changes. This will save your changes in the system. If you made a mistake, you can click Cancel without updating the records.
