Batch Changes
The ability to update one or more fields to the same value on one or more records.
Batch Changes functionality is available on the Helmets, Shoulder Pads, Identified Equipment, General Equipment, and Athletes screens.
Make sure the field(s) you want to Batch Change are on the grid.
Fields can be added to your grid using the Customize button.
- Highlight one or more records on the grid. (See Highlighting Multiple Records)
- Click the Batch Changes button.
- Select a field from the Change Fields dropdown which you would like to update.
- Select a value (or type, if a text field) to update the selected records.
- Click Update. This will update the information of the selected records on the grid. If you would like to change another field for the same records, repeat steps 3-5.
- Click Save when you are finished making your changes. This will save your changes in the system. If you made a mistake, you can click Cancel without updating the records.
