Adding Shoulder Pads to Inventory
Before adding shoulder pads to the inventory, you must create one or more shoulder pad models and "tag" each of your shoulder pads.
- Go to the Inventory -> Shoulder Pad screen.
- Click the Add button.
- With the cursor in the Shoulder Pad ID field, scan the RFID tag.
- Select a Manufacturer, Model, Initial Season, and Size. (Required)
- (Optional) Additional information can be added to the shoulder pad.
- Note
- Cost - This value will be used to calculate your helmet inventory and will show on an athlete's issued equipment report.
- Size Range
- Owner - "School" is the default. Choose "Athlete" if they use their own helmet and enter their name in the Owned By field. "League" and "Leased" are additional options.
- Needs Returned - This is defaulted to Yes but can be changed to No if you are giving the helmet away after the season.
- Team - This value is used if you have more than one football team and would like to designate each helmet to a team's inventory. (ex. Varsity vs JV) See Add/Update Teams to create this drop-down list.
- Click Save or Save & New to add additional helmets at this time.
